Refund Policy

Understand our policy on refunds and the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

There will be no refund for any application fee processed in order to complete an application form. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all applications are accurately and completely filled in at the time of submitting the application. Applications will not be amended in any way after submission and there will be no refund processed for cancellation of an application.

Refunds will only be initiated in the following scenarios:

• Multiple payments made for the same application.
