To be the principal forum of educational leadership among Anglo-Indian schools in India, preserving a distinguished heritage while advancing excellence in education and service to the nation.
Mission

The undertakings through which the Association serves its member schools and the wider educational community.
To unite Heads of Anglo-Indian Schools across India in a common endeavour to strengthen educational standards, uphold institutional integrity and promote the welfare of member schools.
To safeguard the rights, autonomy and distinctive character of minority educational institutions and to represent their interests before educational, governmental and statutory bodies.
To preserve the enduring values and traditions of Anglo-Indian education while responding thoughtfully and responsibly to the demands of a changing world.
To contribute to the development of educational policy, curriculum, assessment and teacher professionalism in the interests of schools and the wider educational community.
To represent Anglo-Indian schools on educational councils, boards, committees and other bodies concerned with the advancement of education.
To support initiatives that strengthen the long-term sustainability, effectiveness and public contribution of Anglo-Indian educational institutions.
To provide a forum for consultation and professional dialogue on matters affecting education, school leadership and institutional governance.
To encourage cooperation among member schools through the sharing of knowledge, experience and best practices.
