Preparations are well underway for the 104th Annual Conference, to be hosted in Bengaluru. Planning committees have commenced their work to continue the Association's long tradition of providing a meaningful forum for professional exchange, institutional fellowship and educational leadership.

- Day One — Monday 4 JanuaryRegistration from 09:00 · Inaugural Session and Presidential Address · Welcome dinner hosted by the Karnataka Chapter
- Day Two — Tuesday 5 JanuaryProfessional sessions: educational leadership, curriculum reform and the place of assessment · Panel with CISCE representatives · National Music Competition finals
- Day Three — Wednesday 6 JanuaryAnnual General Meeting · Honorary Secretary's report and accounts · Committee reports · Election of office bearers for 2027
- Day Four — Thursday 7 JanuaryNational Award for Principals and National Award for Teachers · Valedictory session · Cultural programme and closing dinner
